We hired Evan and his team at JWP for our wedding in Bali. We are both not from Bali and live in Munich, Germany. So - even though Cindy is Indonesian - we needed support with planning and organising everything. We started early (c. 1.5 years in advance) and Evan showed us suitable places on the island. After we had chosen and reserved one (Glamp Nusa) we had regular update calls and a WhatsApp chat to organise all the different parts during the time leading up to the wedding. JWP went above and beyond to make this easy for us, but also made sure all our wishes and preferences are considered. On wedding day their whole team did an excellent job and allowed us to enjoy the day instead of being concerned with the logistics and organisation. We are super happy with how the planning and wedding day went and could not have done it without them.

Felicia and Evan helped planned our wedding since day 1, it is such a blessing to have them as our wedding planners as we will not have been able to coordinate the vendors and the D-day ourselves. As a foreigner, there are many local customs that I am not sure of and JWP has helped me to navigate the complexity of coordinating a wedding in Jakarta. It takes an entire village for the wedding to be a success and every single member of the team has helped made it possible. We had our wedding reception at St. Regis Jakarta and were incredibly grateful for the support from the JWP team, led by Ci Feli and Ko Evan. Also special thank you for all crew who oversaw and supervised the entire event on our wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly. We would also like to thank Ko Ferdi and Pinky, who took great care of the groom and bride respectively. We were truly impressed by their attentiveness and willingness to help. They guided us through the day with calmness and professionalism, which gave us peace of mind.
